About: we are still recovering from the fire
that on December 2024 destroyed our General Head Quarter with the most of our belongings:
seed bank, herbal storage, gallons of honey, several sauces and marmalade jars, storage of roots, chain saw, all of our tools, general equipment, clothes…
In 3 days we had collected over 8000€ and had had over 40 people who put on hold their lives to come and help us rebuild, reorganize, recover emotionally…
We are deeply grateful for the money collected, the help to restore, and because of this we stopped the campaign already after Xmas, but we are still far from being able to restart…
Begin: how to build a sustainable future
involves not only planting in order to eat, but to make sure that you increase the health of the land. To keep it wild and prosperous, we also keep on planting trees - that we purchase from sustainable “producers”, called: baumschulen.
There is one, in particular, we trust and have assisted during some transplants and that is the waller baumschule.
Those of you who know us and have participated to some of our initiatives, know that often a percentage of our gaining goes to other associations who help the Earth restore and maintain its beauty and health.
